Who we are
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Barroco Consultoria de Informática Ltda, CNPJ 13.731.190/0001-69, Niterói, RJ, Brazil. This policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, company and the message you write.
- Analytics: aggregate, cookieless usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device and browser type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies are set and no individual profile is built.
Why we use it
- To reply to your contact request and follow up on it.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.
Legal basis
Consent, given when you send the contact form (LGPD art. 7, I), and our legitimate interest in measuring site usage in an aggregate, non-identifying way (LGPD art. 7, IX).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share it with the service providers needed to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) and FormSubmit (delivery of contact-form messages to our email inbox). These providers may process data outside Brazil, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting conversation, and are then deleted, unless a law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is aggregate and kept according to the hosting provider's retention period.
Your rights
Under LGPD art. 18 you may ask us to: confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymize, block or delete unnecessary or excessive data; port it to another provider; delete data processed with your consent; know who we shared it with; and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
